General Conditions for the Use of the Internet Services

The access to the Internet site and the use of the online services contained in the website www.enovitis.it of Unione Italiana Vini (hereafter named "UIV") are subject to the following terms and conditions, which are considered read, examined and accepted by the user. The use of the site implies the acceptance of all terms, conditions and directions, without exception.

Services. The services of the UIV website are offered and given with the purpose of providing an information support to the users and they have an indicative value. UIV is steadily committed in improving the service, but it shall not be responsible for any consequence due to any existing mistakes in the website and any other indirect damage which may derive from such mistakes. Therefore, the UIV Internet Portal is not, in any case, to be considered without mistakes. The UIV website contains links with outside websites, which UIV cannot keep under control. For this reason, UIV cannot warrant their precision, content, updating and quality.

Contents. The editorial contents, the information section, the databases and any other information element available in the UIV website have been developed in order to provide generic information about the exhibition and about other features of UIV. The contained information is to be considered partial and not comprehensive. For any purpose different from consultation for personal use, UIV recommends to exclusively refer to the official documents available at the administration and organization offices. The contents of the "News" section and of the other areas containing news are realized also by external collaborators of UIV. The line of thinking, of opinion and of interpretation assumed in the realization of these contents is independent from UIV institutional and public relations positions and might reflect only the opinion of the author (if indicated). UIV shall be held harmless against liability for any opinion or information reported in the articles of external newspapers reviewed in the website. Any possible infringement of royalties or copyright laws shall be immediately reported to UIV, which, after an evaluation of the actual infringement, will arrange for an immediate elimination of the elements that are object of the complaint.

Absence of assurance. Services and information contained in the website are "provided, examined and accepted in the state as they are” and may be subject to amendment and updating in any moment and without prior notice. Within the widest limits provided for by Law, UIV declines all responsibilities and warrants in reference to services and information on the website.

Use. It is not allowed to modify, re-use, copy, display, distribute, transmit, publish, give in licence, create derivative works from, assign or sell any service or information content of the website. Any possible concession of use may be granted by UIV by previous agreement among the parties and, in this case, the reproduction or the use of the elements that are object of the concession shall have to be made with all necessary measures to ensure the original meaning.

Privacy. The services and information of the website, with particular reference to the services for which a previous registration is necessary, are realized in full conformity with Decree 196/2003 and with the other regulations regarding privacy. Miscellaneous items. The present General Conditions for Use represent the entire agreement between the parties. In case one of the present Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, then the other provisions of the present General Conditions shall be unaffected by such invalidity or unenforceability and shall remain in force. The present General Conditions are governed by the Italian Law and by the regulations of the European Community. Any possible dispute will be subject to the Italian Law and the Place of Jurisdiction shall exclusively be the Court of Milan.
